Really nice and original rest.

The sad part of this review is I didn’t purchase the caviar I came for. I sat on the side of the counter where the caviar is. After waiting 5 minutes (she was receiving an order) I asked for help. She mumbled something in Russian and I asked if she could grab a very expensive caviar and she reluctantly went of to the counter with a scowl on her face and obviously unhappy and I said forget it. 180 dollars and I’m met with such rude treatment I will never come here again

If you are tired from boring food at the mall try this place! Have a glass of champagne with Caviar, gourmet selections of foods and desserts. Cheers!

Yummy 😋 try the crepes with red caviar and spur cream delicious experience. There are a few round tables with chairs - you can seat there, and enjoy, but, usually those are occupied, so you’ll have to wait, or seat at the small “bar” . They have red and Black caviar, fois gras, crepes, spanish jamon (hamon), prosciutto, and dessert 🍮 options, as well as alcoholic and virgin drinks 🍹(champagne), and Delicious coffee ☕️ and hot tea ☕️ Overall, heaven for gourmets! Enjoy 😉

Great experience, service was great and the food was pretty good!

At first I was just browsing looking at the selection in the case. I was actually waiting for someone to help me(there were four employees) All were occupied amongst each other and I didn't receive any assistance. Then when I said I wanted to purchase caviar everyone came over to help me. I felt a little indifferent about that. There is a language barrier as well, Russian accent so it was hard for me to understand. I tried to ask a few questions regarding the products but I just got a lot of clueless expressions and at the end items I really did not need. I don't think I will return. Did not care for the customer service and they product didn't really meet my expectations.

Sat down to am extremely rude waitress. When the person who was with me asked her to repeat what she had said (loud noise, she had a terrible russian accent) she actually roled her eyes at him. Mind you, this is a 70 year old man. We stood up and left. He was about to order a $200 purchase. Terrible for business if you treat your customers like that.

Unfortunately I had no other choice but giving them one star. I called twice to report the truffle I purchase has no flavor or smell at all. I asked if it is possible to exchange or refund it. No answers back. It is too sad. I hope they start to care about the customers.

Lady was not respectful, she told us: “you have to wait 15 minutes” then she said: “if you cannot wait, yo can leave!” And we just eanted to buy some chocolate!

Avoid this place. Service was horrible starting with the manager, an old Russian lady. You have better options in the Aventura mall (nearby you can find Piacere or Rococoa) where you will be treated nicely

They have never looked after us well. The waitresses change and the next one is worse than the previous one. Disastrous

Really fresh tarts and macaroons.

First of all the service and attention in general is not business oriented, I didn't feel welcomed at all. I went there with my husband and we waited for a while to be seated until we decided to sit down at the counter, we waited for another 10 mins without being greeted. The four employees that were there were occupied with other chores, folding napkins, restocking pastries, etc. customers don't seem to be their first priority, neither is to make them feel welcomed. Finally, when one of the waitress asked what we wanted, she consulted with an older Russian lady (the manager) and told us that coffee and pastries were only to go! That the seats were only reserved for dinner! It was 4:00pm and it's the frigging mall hallway! We felt discriminated as customers, I told the manager that this is not way to treat customers, she couldn't care less. Nasty people with bottom line mentality. This is no way to treat customers in America!

Food is delicious and the stand is very cute looking. As far as other reviewers have stated about staff being rude, I will say I can see where they are coming from. Though I would not describe em as rude, but shy/introverted. Our waitress has a lovely french accent and spoke very softly. With people passing by it can be hard to hear, nevertheless she was very friendly. The food is fresh, looks and tastes great!

Ate here a couple times and it was always amazing. The products were very fresh and delicious. I had caviar once and I was in love, but next time I go i'm for sure ordering more. 5/5 :)
